In my clinic, based in Horsforth Leeds, I help people to be free from their sufferings by using my extensive knowledge, skills and training. I am an integrative therapist and I always look out for different ways, theories and techniques to improve myself help my clients.
In our sessions I can use my CBT/EMDR skills, the art/creative materials, NLP or hypnotherapy tools. It
is always good to talk about your problems to find ways to feel better, but sometimes some
deeper therapies (such as EMDR Therapy and Hypnotherapy) are required to make permanent and fast difference to my clients. Please don't hesitate to contact me!
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety therapy can help you restore the sense of peace and joy that you long for. I offer anxiety treatment with includes the best proven exercises and tools.
Depression Therapy
Depression therapy will uplift you and help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. I use hypnotherapy to help my clients overcome their depression.
Rewind Therapy
Rewind therapy is a brilliant and FAST technique that will free you of the negative feelings from a traumatic event.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy is a well known, evidence-based treatment that is used to safely release trauma and emotional pain. My strong use of EMDR Therapy in combination with hypnotherapy has helped many clients overcome trauma.
Bereavement/Grief Therapy
Bereavement/Grief therapy will help you to overcome/lessen the pain of losing someone close to you. I offer proven grief counselling in combination with hypnotherapy to my clients to help them get over the loss of a loved one.
Anger Management
Anger Management is a way to help you to have better control and management of your emotions. My services include the use of after divorce therapy, hypnotherapy and online therapy.
PTSD Treatment
PTSD treatment allows you to come to terms with your past traumas, letting go of the negative emotions surrounding them. I will help you, with the use of trauma therapy, to get over past traumas.
